RANK ME TOP is an AI-powered digital marketing SaaS platform that provides tools and automated workflows for search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), keyword research, keyword tracking, content creation, competitor analysis, backlink monitoring, brand monitoring, and reporting. The Service uses artificial intelligence agents to automate and assist with digital marketing tasks that would otherwise be performed manually.

The Service may include features with configurable levels of AI autonomy, ranging from fully autonomous operation to human-in-the-loop approval workflows. You are responsible for configuring the appropriate level of oversight for your account and projects.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new pricing takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is and shall remain the exclusive property of CATION SYSTEM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, trade names, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials that you submit to or create through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or close your account, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law.

Content generated by the AI features of the Service on your behalf is considered part of your User Content, and you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before publication or distribution.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CATION SYSTEM disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Service, including improvements in search engine rankings, website traffic, or business outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CATION SYSTEM, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service, including AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Actions taken by AI agents on your behalf, whether in autonomous or supervised mode

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CATION SYSTEM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings within the Service. Upon termination, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with a copy of your User Content upon request, subject to applicable law. After a reasonable retention period following termination, we may permanently delete your account data.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either by posting a notice on the Service or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
